I always wonder its true that adding payment method after the auc is started is not allowed but what if someone take the items and give him money separately 

In that case isnt it like Auctioneer purchased the items separately ftom the winner ?

Is this against rule or not

Nah it's not. 

 

Payment alternative is optional, which means if you choose to keep one, you need to specify value for it to avoid confusion.

 

If auctioneer wants to purchase item before hand, it's their wish to trade on a price. This has nothing to do with auction itself.

Well not everytime, since auctioneer might not want to buy items so bidder has to sell it to others to create that amount required.
