Hello, I wish to know if there's anything I can do about a lvl. 100 Arbok that is not longer in my storage. I don't know if it's my fault and deleted it accidentaly, and I also don't know when it happened since I haven't used him in a while

Yeah don't panic, staff keep track of that, just wait for them to answer and they'll tell you what happened to it. In the case you released it accidentally, they will restore it.

When I checked your account logs, it seems like you traded your arbok to your other account "Lucascalixto98" long ago.

Can you log into your account and see if you can find your arbok there?

Yes it's there. I set up that account for my little brother, seems like I lent Arbok to him and forgot. Thank you very much and really sorry to bother you.
