What have you done before the problem was there?

So i DL-ed the game 3 days ago, and made an account. When connecting to Blue/ Red server, after the Logging in prompt, it says "You have been banned from PRO" yet i never started the game myself. I already checked the forums and it may be my username so I tried to make a new one, and it gives the same problem.

 

I also tried DL-ing 2 clients, thinking it may be my client, but both clients end that way.

 

Any help will be appreciated as i want to start this game sooner :D

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Checked forums (Ban section), made a new account with different e-mail thinking the first one is inappropriate. DL-ed 2 clients, and forced restarting the game with different clients, finally, i contacted support via IRC.
