Tornadus storm drain check bug

Hi,

I am unable to fight tornadus.  the gastrodon validation for stormdrain is just not working.  here is screenshot :

He is lvl 100, OT and full IV trained.

You need a total of 100 ivs to catch Tornadus like it's say in the guide :

-To catch Tornadus you must bring an OT Pokemon with Storm Drain for it's ability and must have an IV total of 100+

 

But here you only have 93 ivs in total.
