Hi , the guy paul to tp me to sinnoh doesnt spawn there.  I remember that i still had to beat some team a group  before that but i dont remember where it was anymore . Does someone know the one step before u can go to sinnoh what u need to do . It was some team galactic or something some goons in a group and they had strong pokes .

Requirement for this is : Unlock Cerulean Cave

Once you have fill this requirement, go to Lilycove close to the lighthouse Paul will be there and teleport you to Littleroot, go north (Oldale town) talk to a team galactic member (Stan)

Go north into route 103 and you will see Cheron and Commander Jupiter/Saturn, fight Cheron.

Once you done with, go Lilycove in the boat building where you can change of region and talk to the Alakazam.

After i defeated him the alakazam is not there either ,  i went back to route 103 talk to birch he want i find 3 starters , he say route 101 and 102 , i found torchic at 101 but the rest is not there , does that quest even belong to this . idk
