Offers received outside of an auction cannot be: - Claimed or used as current or best offer. - Used as a starting bid without the buyer's permission. You can either accept or decline the offer, do not hold it as a best offer/current offer. The offer is also a fake one which has been handled appropriately. You are also serving a trade ban, you are unable to make any trades for the time being, check on your Dashboard when this will be lifted.
