Yesterday I was busy looking for the lost pokemons in boxes in the Goldenrod basement when I "lagged" and when I reconnected to the server I got stuck behind a box out of the bounds of the floor.

 

I have tried alt+tab and /ref but it hasn't helped, I then proceeded to live help chat where somebody insisted I wait for the server reset. I have wait +-18 hours and logged in yet I'm still stuck.

I cant interact with anybody, the battle request comes up but then nothing happens after I accept.

Use an escape rope. It works in any building.

I have run out of escape ropes but I thought about that, and now I can even trade :'( I don't know how this will get fixed. How do I insert an offline image so I can upload a screenshot?

I don't believe you can put in attachments, however, you can upload an image to imgur. Once uploaded, right click the image and copy the image address. Select the "insert image" button and place the link in between the brackets.
