Hi. I have 214 evos 2479 hours of playtime in hoenn and have mew and celebi. got the data of 2 lati, 3 regi, rayquaza/groudon/kyogre and still cant catch jiraichi. can you please go to my account and look whats the problem because i think i did everything ty.

After checking your account, it seems you have yet to catch all 135 Hoenn Pokemon. To be able to catch Jirachi, you need to have the caught data of all Pokemon from Hoenn. Right now you only have 113 caught data.
