Help

 

I finished the 8 badges of Sinnoh, went to a Christmas event years ago, and when I logged in again today, I do not have access back to Sinnoh.

I didn't complete the elite four.  Mind you, it's been a few years since I have played, but when I logged in I was in a pokecenter at the previous christmas event I played.  Then, when I left I was in vermillion city and not in sinnoh region.  So now I can't get back to finish the elite four in sinnoh and complete that region.

This is a serious issue because I cannot complete the story.  As a donator and someone who wants to enjoy this game again, I am stuck and can not proceed into further story and gameplay.  I'd like to be able to finish the story, begin grinding pokemon for ranked ladders, and donate more to the server.
