Artoriel Posted April 22, 2016 Share Posted April 22, 2016 Hi there, According to the scripts, it should've asked you if you want to learn the move Thunder Wave, then the system will let you choose a Pokemon. Even if you chose "Yes", it wouldn't take your money if the Pokemon you chose can't learn Thunder Wave. Therefore, if you did chose yes, then chose a Pokemon that can learn Thunder Wave, no refunds can be given since it's a player-end issue. Do not contact staff members for private support. Indaco Posted April 23, 2016 Share Posted April 23, 2016 No, the problem was that, i absolutely dont wanted to learn it, but suddenly the conversation passed in the part that i should have chosen my pokemon, and i cant left the conversation anymore. Players are reminded that reading NPC dialogues is important because they can give essential hints, and in this particular case, avoid loss of money. ___________________________________________________________________________ Official discord chat. Don't know actually a lot of time passed, but i dont think is fixed well, anyways should not happen, or at least it should not take money before u teach the move, and im not a guy that spam buttons for jumping on the end of conversation, doesn't matter now anyways, just wanted that someone taked a look on it.
