  1. Try stepping here slowly: Try stepping here slowly: Try to step here slowly: Try stepping here slowly: Try stepping here slowly: All right, good. Nothing seems to be wrong script-side. I'm guessing the server might be borking somewhere somehow *sigh* Also, by 'slowly', I mean without a mount, because that also sometimes doesn't activate some switches. Don't ask me why it was made like that, I'm not fond of it either. Hopefully you can fight the bosses now though.
  2. I saw you recently battled Ho-Oh and the other minibosses are just there waiting for a battle, so...
  3. I'm assuming that you play on Gold server. You should be able to see the NPC now.
  4. Just so you know, LadyArticuno has completed the quest without anyone touching their account information; because there was no bug.
  5. Well, I just checked your game data again and it doesn't look like you did anything. I really can't do anything more than telling you to look better. I can offer to reset your quest as well if you want that, but I really doubt that will change anything if you don't look properly. Let me know how you want to proceed.
  6. You need to learn that a guide may not contain everything and try things on your own, looking in every corner if necessary. What I mean by giving up halfway is exactly what I believe you did: read the guide, reached a point where you think it's broken and say it's a bug without looking further; maybe because it was too much effort?
  7. Unfortunately I cannot just 'fix' something without something more tangible than that, because it doesn't appear to be broken and that you should still be able to continue with the current progress. The first person posting about this bug has game data that tells a completely different story from your issue and Dannymj1's, and Dannymj1's quest progression is even shorter than yours. You mention 3 players having this issue, but I have seen dozens of players call this a bug and when I go with them in game and show them where the switch is hidden, they quietly continue their quest... Please, guides are just guides, they may not be complete and I wouldn't encourage someone to rely 100% on one. Actually I just checked the first guide I found on the quest and it actually does mention what to do at your current progression, which I think is a shame, but anyway. Like I said, I can't fix something that doesn't look broken. What I'm allowed to do is to manually reset your quest and you are welcome to make a recording of it. Let me know how you would like to proceed.
  8. Yet your game records say that you have battled against a few Team Aqua & Magma members in New Mauville and that you probably did not read the dialogue: This means you have to look for the switch because it is hidden somewhere. This is not a bug. See above. The quest is not broken, you guys are not doing it properly and giving up halfway. And by the way, the quest has already started the moment you battle the Team Aqua & Magma admins in New Mauville Entrance.
  9. I checked your account and you should be able to use the transport. Can you make a new screenshot for what you get when you try to use the transport? I checked your account and you haven't completed the quest, which would explain why you are not being allowed to proceed. I can see there are still members from Team Aqua and Team Magma for you to pass.
  10. Closed because issue is not anymore reproducible.
  11. What happens when you try to walk past the guard?
  12. Hello, The Explorer who fixes dig spots has finally decided to visit Sinnoh. He can be found in the Pokemon Center of Oreburgh City. Can you maybe pay him a visit to see if he can help you?
  13. Try going through the doors from Route 110 to the entrance of New Mauville again and redo the quest from the start. I tried resetting your quest. The issue apparently is from a client-server latency whereby not all the information was sent/received by the server.
  14. Thanks! Yep, it should have been 'ever' instead of 'never' ^^ Fixed!
  15. Fixed. Please don't forget to mention the map name when you report typos. Thanks, and fixed. Fixed Fixed And fixed. Thanks everyone!
  16. A rollback was probably involved, but since I can see from the game data that your Ditto was taken in, I have given you the Ditto back. So please give it to the NPC again. It should be the last Pokemon in your PC. Apologies for the inconvenience.
  17. Fixed. Fixed. Fixed Fixed. Thanks! There were a lot more errors in the dialogue, so they are now all fixed. This is exactly the purpose of this thread. Typos, minor or not, get fixed.
  18. No you haven't battled all of them. At least, not on the account named Pureheart2803.
