My account suddenly lost all rare candy, this is the 2nd time I lost, last time I lost more than 50 rare candy and this time more than 100. I wonder why. Thank you! Please help me!

I do not see Rare candies be traded away from your account.

Have you started Heatran quest at some point? 

After talking to NPC: Buck, he will remove all Rare candies in your bag and will return upon quest completion.
