I've been looking for Haunter in pokemon tower 2F for about two weeks, but I can't find it even though it's uncommon. I think spawned is the problem.

We have checked the spawns and everything seems to works correctly. Are you sure that you're on the right map?

Yes, spawning works on all floors in the pokemon tower. However, there is a problem with the infested 2F.

Check again please. When farming to check it again, cubone with the same rarity spawned 3 while the haunter did not spawn at all. My farming time is an hour and a half.
