I went to try out double reroll service, to roll my legendaries. I payed 2 reroll tickets and tried to get my rerolls. It looks like, those 2 rerolls were just a payment to open reroll service. It is really poorly explained in game, I didn't know that I'm gonna just waste them, if I don't have any more of those. So, I wanted to ask, if it's possible to get my reroll tickets back? 

It's easy to misunderstand this service, even Marina says that I can reroll twice for each of the tickets. And I spent 2 of them, so u know...

happened to me too once.. haha no they cannot be brought back but yes it is poorly explained indeed.

The purchase of the service can either cost the following;

2x IV Reroll Tickets, Paying 1.200.000 pokedollars, 1x Mysterious Ticket

 

Once you have chosen the payment option the payment will be gone forever. I'm afraid that we cannot refund those rerolls to you, as the NPC in-game mentions clearly that those rerolls will be spent for the service when the dialogue is prompted on the screen. Therefore, it would also be unfair to other players who mistaken the feature and didn't get a refund either. 

 

Sorry if the answer is disappointing, please try and understand that we can't help in this case.

Yea, my understanding is "using them allows you to reroll stats". 

 

The answer is disappoing, but well, i will just not buy any rrs anymore. Ty.
