Change female character Face/Eyes to look more feminine

I love styling my char with magic mirrors , but certain hairstyles simply still look like im playing a male character.
I noticed only what changes for femals is the body is a bit smaller tighter . i mean look at this, does this look like a boy to u ? Yeah? well its a female... with dark skin.
Im basically forced to choose very few hairstyles cause they make me look female in the game like this
Once the hair starts to be shoulders long or shorter, the char looks like a boy looking like afro hair male ,   whirlyhair  boy ,  some colors even make it worse , if its not pink than it looks even more like a male.
Dont even want to start with hairstyles looking like u threw a wet towel on ur head

Can the female face not be reworked slightly , maybe make more cat like sharp eyes , would look more feminine .    Or have options between normal eyes and asian eyes.
