What have you done before the problem was there?

i had a deal with a trader ( i sell trash shellder 10k for him at blackthorn city). I trained at dragonden while he came but he walked so long. when i asked him where he was, 1minute later my laptop was reset.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

And when i logged in again, sever was down, i cant contact to him and he told me scammed. Im really want to sell, im not a scammer. In game, i usually trade with other gamers and not scam anyone. Please help me check again. I do business daily, i cant do anything when my acc was banned. Thank you so much.
