Hi good day after the WQ is finish i tried to get the Mysterious Ticket but there's a delay of release of it in gold then after that i went and tried to talk to this NPC called Hackerman then after i talk to him i didnt read it completely but it was something "retrieve mysterious ticket" or something then after talking to him he gave me a mysterious ticket that maybe was donated last season when we wanted to enter guild island in silver server... After that i notify and ask my guildmates if same thing will happen to them then some of them also retrieve a mysterious ticket and others dont. I consulted some players that maybe its bug or something cause no one knows why and how did i retrieve a mysterious ticket after talking to it. Will wait for your response thanks!

btw we transferred from silver to gold
