The All channel is currently spammed with tons of questions, most of them are obviously form newcomers. These messages would belong to a Help channel where the staff and the experienced members could help out those in need. It would cler up the All channel, and it would be easier to notice if someone needs help.

We have a trade channel yet people are still spamming all chat, so I don't think a help channel would really do anything. The main thing you would see in there anyway is just people who are trying to rush through the game ask questions which they would already have the answer to if they didn't spam through npc dialogue.

but if there is a Help channel, you can tell them to go there to ask. It's all about education.

Yes, there are some people who try to trade in ALL channel, but the majority of traders are obviously in the trade channel. Likewise, If newbies saw the Help channel they'd most likely flock there and it would greatly stop the flow of questions in the ALL chat.
