Kanto Route 14 can train HP EV.

mt mortar entrance. on land only rattata which is 1 speed 100% (with macho 2 speed)

another HP ev at kanto, grimmer for 1 hp ev

route 24- surf

you can encounter golden and crabby all day..

for 1 attack

For the special defence farm, if you surf only in the small lake in pallet town and don't progress south, you will encounter only tentacool and tentacruel

i found some places where you can better Train atk, hp and spez atk :Light:

 

ATK:

Tohjo falls (johto) there are only Goldeen (1 ATK ev) and Seaking ( 2 ATK ev)

 

Spez Atk :

IIlex forest (johto) there are only Psyducks ( 1 Spez Atk ev) and Golducks (2 Spez Atk ev) at night there are Polis but that doesnt matter

 

HP:

Route 47 (johto) only night) there are to 90% only noctowls (2 HP ev)

Best spot that i have saw, tohjo falls to train speed and atk,only golden and seaking surfing and rattata,Raticate,zubat,golbat at land and have a old lady that recover all u health

I'm currently training Atk and Spd for my pokemon, i'm doing this in route 37 in johto since i can't go back to kanto. the only poke's i encountered where or atk or spd, so if anyone needs those two to be trained. i think this is the best spot in johto.

I would recommend changing Dragon's Den (speed) since Raticates are replaced with Quagsires.
