So I went through the cave near the power plant to get to Lavender Town, and I went to do the poke tower, but it told me there was problems in Celadon that needed solved.. So I went to Celadon, and I have no idea where to go from here. Can anyone help?

How do I get inside of the Rocket Hideout though?? I went to go there and I couldn't get in...
