I can't log in into dashboard from my phone, every time that i try it's said incorrect username or password. Im able to log in from my pc. What happening?

I understand that you're encountering difficulties while attempting to log in to the dashboard. But based on my attempts and experience, I haven't encountered any issues with logging in. So it may be possible that the issue is on your side. 

 

A possible explanation of the situation you're facing might be due to unknowingly adding an extra space after entering your Username or Password. Please make sure and check for any unintended spaces and then attempt to log in once more.

It's seems you were right, on my phone when I'm adding my username has space interval and that cost my correct log in, ty for the support and have a nice day
