Didn't get back my Genesect from nikola

I accidentally released my Genesect..Then I went to battle Nikola..I beat him.Then he gave me my Genesect..I came back to pokecenter to check IF I got the Genesect back ..I checked.But it wasn't there .. What am I supposed to do now??

I'm sorry for your inconvenience. 

 

Beating Boss Nikola gives you a second chance to recatch your legendary Pokemon that you accidentally released.

You have to go to Route 35 Stop House located North of Goldenrod city and recatch it.

 

Please keep this in mind that this feature can be used only once.
