What have you done before the problem was there?

Hello i was evolving my ralts today, he was 98, after i lvl'd him up to 98 by deafting wild pokemon , i gave him one rare candy , so he got to lvl 99, he asked to evolve to kirlia so i accepted, after that i gave him another rare candy to get lvl 100, once he asked to evolve , the game crashed and i couldnt click the yes button. This crash never happened to me before.

 

Once i came back to the game , my kirlia was level 100 and not evolved into gardevoir, here is the print screen.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to beat some wild mobs, but nothing happened.

Some times when the game crashes, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=88&t=7881#p48834 and also recommend you evolved it in level 98 is better than wait to level 99 for avoiding crash.

Sorry to hear your case, however, in current cannot get any action further. You can keep it in PC box, and wait if having any solution/implemented in the future for this. I am not sure if it can implement in the future or not but for now, nothing can do sorry...
