Pinkfurret Posted August 25, 2023 Share Posted August 25, 2023 Dear @Rote, You have to talk to a biker NPC in a house next to PokeCenter in Vermilion city. He will ask for either 60K or 40K and a self-caught Ditto in order to get a 'bike voucher' from him. Then you can use that bike voucher in a bike shop in Cerulean city. Ditto is uncommon and can be found on Route 8, 13, or 15.
