The game's security protocol has been upgraded with 2 Factors Authentication (2FA) so you need to confirm your new device with a confirmation on your email. 

I understand that it may sounds complicated but players' safety is one of our top priorities.

 

You can mannually change your email here: Dashboard.

 

If that does not fix your problem, please make a new forum post here: 2FA Recover and Assistance.

** Please mention your username and the new email you want to use **

 

Since players' information is crucial, only few staff can access 2FA Recover and Assistance forum so patience is the key.
