Your email will be shown under 'My Account' tab. Please check for any typos like missing letter or symbols.

 

If there is a type or there is an email you no longer use, please make a forum post here: 2FA Recover and Assistance.

Since players' information is crucial, only few staff can access 2FA Recover and Assistance forum so patience is the key.

I understand that it may sounds complicated, but players' safety is one of our top priorities.

My email on file is definitely correct. It's been over an hour and I don't have a confirmation. It's getting taxing... If there is no solution to this that sucks! I just want to play as I'm new and can't even log into the client without confirming from the email that doesn't seem to want to arrive

I understand the frustration you feel, but please make sure again on Dashboard that you use the correct email like @yahoo, @gmail.

I've checked over and over! Sorry! Not trying to sound mean. Just frustrated 😔 I'll wait till tomorrow I guess.

Oh my goodness! I feel so dumb! I had the wrong email ending 🤣😭 I'm so sorry! Gonna fix that right away! It's been a long morning for me lol
