Greetings everyone, a new would-be-trainer here!

Unfortunately, after startup I get a black screen, no sound, only my cursor moves.

I have tried every possible and/or listed solution I could find in the forums, but none of them worked. I can confirm the problem is unrelated to:

• firewall
  drivers
  DX
  compatibility mode
  runnign as admin
  setting affinities in task men
  the contenst of the browser cache

I am hoping someone can help me fix this problem. Thank you in advance

Most solution is deleted and re download the client. Hope these can help you :Grin:

Windows 8.1. Requirements are met. Yes, I tried the crash help for win10 page, everything thats said there. But I havent tried the shortcut one. Will do so asap, and post an update

Created shortcut as your link suggested. I tried adding -force-d3d9 to the end, but the " " things had to be there. If it was Target instead of "Target", it freaks out. But even with "Target" -force-d3d9 setting, the black screen remains.
