what is this clothing called and how do i acquire it? discord was no help at all

There are 3 accessories on that avatar.

- Body part is a normal starter cloth.

- Head accessory is Santa hat. Players are awarded during Xmas event 2022 and also from Santa quest on 2022.

- Back accessory with 4 arms is Cofagrigus Arms. You can buy it from either coin shop for 100 coin (under accessory tab) or Trade chat.

 

You can check item from coin shop by clicking an orange shopping bag icon on top-right.

Starter clothes are all tradable and you can buy from venders in some places like Lavender town, Ecruteak city.
