i went in the museum in Slateport City fought jackson and didnt talk to the Captain before that.. now he is gone how am i supposed to end the quest line

    There's no need to talk to Magma/Aqua captian there. After defeating Jackson in Slateport, you can head North through Route 110 to Mauville city to claim another gym badge.

    i won Jackson and the Pokemons still block route 110.. this is what confuses me..i googled it and it says i have to finish someting in the city to make them move so my only guess was the Devon Goods quest

    After you gave the letter to Steven in Dewford, did you go back to Devon Corp in Rustboro and talk to Mr.Stone?
