Didn't get back Raiku from nikola

After beating Raiku guardian, I had a chance to catch Raiku. When I BattlednRaiku..I forgot to use Master Ball.And It used roar .and battle ended I went to Nikola.. For catching Raiku again.

And I beat him .He said it went back to its place..I went back to Raiku guardian..But it wasn't there .I looked in mount silver .It wasn't there..

So what Am I supposed to do now??

U have to fight against the Raikou-Guardian again ( worst-case 3 times) till raikou will show up again
