the auction owner has to announce that the extra 15min will be given you can't decide whether he decides to use it or not it would be an unfair advantage for you because the other people who follow the rules estimated by the auction owner don't know about this extra 15min and can't bid. My bid was the last within the terms given at the beginning of the auction.
