hello my acc stuck logged in silver for few hours now but game closed

Apologies for the inconvenience. As far as I know, Silver has not undergone any maintenance a few hours ago. From what you explain, it is purely an internet issue. Please, check that you've done the following:
 

-Switched to a more stable Wifi connection

-If not possible, reset your router

-If not possible, try to log in to a stable mobile data connection

-Disabled your firewall/antivirus just for PROClient, but not for other apps.

 

Let me know if any of these solutions have solved your issue.

my game crash when npc spotted me before I think. I check dashboard and it has kept saying account been online since that crash

my game work fine before this crash so idk, is no way to kick my guy offline so maybe I can connect?

What happens if you try to log into the game repeated times? Are you unable to?

yes just says "user already logged in. login failed, retrying..."
