Apologies for the inconvenience. As far as I know, Silver has not undergone any maintenance a few hours ago. From what you explain, it is purely an internet issue. Please, check that you've done the following:
 

-Switched to a more stable Wifi connection

-If not possible, reset your router

-If not possible, try to log in to a stable mobile data connection

-Disabled your firewall/antivirus just for PROClient, but not for other apps.

 

Let me know if any of these solutions have solved your issue.

What happens if you try to log into the game repeated times? Are you unable to?

I just tried something, could you check if you can log ingame now?

Will contact a developer and see what's wrong. Have you tried logging in both servers?
