Hi! I would like to unlock the island of Eumi, but I cannot go further to the boat in Lilycove town.

Hi there,


Seemingly you haven’t finished Hoenn. For Eumi island you evidently don’t need to beat the Hoenn Elite Four to access but the legendary quests need to be done after completing Hoenn. You can access Eumi in the Lilycove city Harbour, speaking to Sailor Jacob. The quest you are trying to proceed with is the Manaphy quest. Which requires you to get the prerequisites done in New Mauville and enter the ship afterwards to proceed then you can enter the Eumi island park.
