Trouble on the stolen pidgey quest

Restarting the game

Exiting the viridian maze and re entering

Talking to the boy with the stolen pidgey again

Using flash and not using flash

 

Description and Message

I am trying to complete the pidgey quest since i wanted to teach one of my pokemon headbutt and heard the tutor will be there if i complete the quest. When i go to talk to the rocket grunt i am unable to. As soon as i walk up to him i am forced one step backwards so i cant talk to him. There is nothing in front of him that should make me go a step back.

Did you meet freeze when talk with rocket grunt, also try [glow=red]F2[/glow] and then type [glow=red]clear maps[/glow] also, relog it
