Hi ! The move Flash Cannon there isn't in the list for my Magnezone!

Check this out! Propably something coded wrong with the npc Move relearner!

Magnezone doesnt learn flash cannon but its pre evolutions like magnemite and magneton do. The only way for magnezone to know flash cannon is to evolve magneton into magnezon while knowing flash cannon. Check your pokedex for a list of their movesets.

In X/Y pokemon learn pre evolution moves and this is the right thing!

The movests arent going based off of xy, i think they are based off gen 4 im not sure. Like i said previously, check your pokedex for move sets.

They've said before that all Pokemon will eventually have their level-up move list updated.

 

Currently, only Gen 1 pokes have been updated, they haven't update the level-up move list of all Pokemon from Gen 2-6. They still have their Gen 4 level-up move list instead, except for Gen 6 pokes who have their Gen 6 level-up move list minus the new moves introduced in Gen 5 and 6.

 

Apart from Flabebe for whatever reason, none of the Fairy-type outside Kanto Dex have their Fairy move.

Lots of Pokemon are also missing some moves introduced in Gen 5 and 6, such as Sawsbuck missing Horn Leech and Lanturn not having access to Eerie Impulse yet.
