Hi .. today i play PRO maybe 3hours or more and i got ban for S-2 ? What is and why i got ban ?

I dont speak bad or useing any cheats or samething else but i got ban :/ (Red server)

Sorry for my english but im sadly because i got ban for nothing :/ this game is cool and in future i want buy mounts clothes .... :/
