You can buy the Membership in two ways, but first ask the all, help or the other chat(Since you're comfortable with Spanish) for a price check of a CC(Coin Capsule) or MS(Membership Medallion) itself, then :

 

• You can ask the trade chat for the MS which should be cheaper than the Coin Capsule. For example, type in "wtb 30 days MS (price)" with the price from the price check that you have done. Price varies with the type of MS you need since there's 15, 30 and 60 days versions of it.
   
• You can buy a Coin Capsule from the trade chat that gives you 100 coins in the coin shop, with which you can buy the Membership Medallion depending on your needs.

You can activate the Membership Medallion by clicking it in your bag. Upon activating you will be able to enter the Pokemon Tower Underground as well as gain access to Membership Exclusive encounters in other areas, 100% gain to the money yield from NPCs and a 50% EXP gain bonus.
