I am on both old and new account already in Johto (the new one just finished E4 and omw to Hoenn)
my old account is at the first badge of Johto. What  I was asking is that he gets back from Johto to Kanto.

Apologies for the small misunderstanding. We cannot provide any kind of region transferring account service where your account is sent back to the previous region. You can however beat the 8 badges of the region to trade the locked Kanto pokemon among your accounts. Do you have any other doubts?
