What have you done before the problem was there?

Before the problem occurred, I just logged in to the game and won a Pokémon trainer battle. After this, I paid 15$ (5$ x 3) to purchase 300 coins. When I had relogged, only 200 coins had been added to my account.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried relogging perhaps over 10 times already. I checked my Paypal and the full 15$ altogether, have been debited by "Kerry George".

 

I tried to enter the live chat to look for support, but everytime I entered my nickname, it did not let me enter the chat.

 

I asked for help in the "Help" chat tab in-game, but I was told to ask for help on the forums.

 

Description and Message

Recently, I tried purchasing 300 coins in the PRO cash shop in-game. I have spent 15$ through 3 transactions of 5$ each.

When I relogged, only 200 coins had been added to my account. I tried relogging another 10+ times, but nothing changed.

 

Shortly after this, I checked my Paypal, and the full 15$ (three transactions of 5$) have been debited from me, by "Kerry George".

 

Only 200 coins were given to me, after I paid for 300 coins. I have purchased a lot of coins in the past, without any problems.

Please help me resolve this issue!

Hi often the coins tranfer can take long around 24 hours, after that you can post in here https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=71 with your evidence payment. Hope it can help you.

It was rather confusing how solely 200 out of the 300 purchased coins, were added. Despite this happening, I will wait for another 24 hours for the last 100 coins to reach my account.

 

In the case that the aforementioned does not occur, I shall use the link you shared with me, to ask for further help with the current issue.
