Greetings @Marcosdm1771996 The Super Rod can be bought for 75000 pokedollars, making sure you have the Good and Old rods beforehand, in Olivine City House 1 from the NPC in front of the computer table. Here in the spoiler you can check how to reach it : Spoiler Go east from the Oliving pokecenter Go north from here Enter the house marked Talk to the marked NPC to get the Super Rod after having the Good and Old rods.
