i dont know if is a good idea, maybe not

but u could creat a map with 6 diferents areas, to train EV

each area with pokes to train each EV. a map like the safari zone

with a gold fee to enter, higher than safari

 

maybe not a good idea to a MMO

just posting the idea because is too annoying to train EV
