Hi, there have nothing we can do for your case as it is personal issues not the technical problem, I am so sorry. If you hear from anyone said that we can fix by dropping down level, they were lies you. Next time, be careful and I will recommend you to evo at level 98 for avoiding crash or unexpected event.
