Hi Pokemon Services.Yesterday i forget to evolve my pokemon when its 99.(Pokemon has 3 evolutions).Now its 100 and 2.evolved pokemon.I hear that you can fix by dropping lvl 99 again.Can we fix this?I will be very appreciated.Thanks from now!

Hi, there have nothing we can do for your case as it is personal issues not the technical problem, I am so sorry. If you hear from anyone said that we can fix by dropping down level, they were lies you. Next time, be careful and I will recommend you to evo at level 98 for avoiding crash or unexpected event.
