HM Flash Glitch? (Help!)

What have you done before the problem was there?

I was playing as normal.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I looked at the FAQ and asked for help in the Help chat, where they were unable to help.

 

Description and Message

I know the FAQ says that lost items cannot be given back, but maybe this is a different case.

 

I was playing the game and talked to Professor Oak's aid to get Flash. My game may have lagged out, and so now I do not have a Flash HM. I checked my whole bag, went back to the location to see if I could redo it, and checked my Pokemon to see if I already taught one it. None of this worked (If you want any proof I can give screenshots).

 

Right now, I cannot progress this game any further until this problem is fixed, so I hope it can be fixed.
