Hi! 

 

Struggling with getting thru the storm on Shamouti island to start hunting the legandary birds. 

 

I have three poke in my party all with cloud 9 ability and have seen data for all the birds in my dex.

You do indeed meet all the requirements and are following the quest correctly. 
I would like to inform you that we need to see a screenshot of where you're getting stuck while trying to pass the storm with Cloud Nine ability Pokemon. It will be for us to understand and diagnose this issue.
