You must be more careful terminology wise. You have specified "C.O 500K" which would normally mean that you already received an offer which you want to use as S.O (Starting Point). That can't be possible as there is no proof of the offer. Considering you have edited your thread only once @Thanhtd2919's bid happened, i tend to think that you actually wanted to type "S.O 500k". I highly advise you to read General Trade Rules & Auction Rules in order to avoid such mistakes in the future.

Well. Jolteon can use HP Ice pretty effectively. The set you listed isn't that much different from what Jolt usually runs. Aegislash, Scizor and Gyarados are all great Jolteon partners, I'm not sure how well it transfered to Manectric. The double Intimidate with Gyarados could be pretty effective.
