Today, I sent myself an email with a pickaxe included to my other account. However, I didn't receive any email in the other account. So, I lost my pickaxe. Is there any solution for that?

Perhaps I mistakenly entered the wrong name for my other account :S; I used 'Kiryun7' instead of 'Kiryun77'

 

Picture with Diamond77, the account that sent the email, the pickaxe is not here.

And a picture with my main account, "Kiryun77," with any received emails.

Yes, the problem has been resolved. A developer contacted me in the game , and they returned the pickaxe to me. Thanks to both of you for your help ^^
