Hey! I wanted to do the new xmas dungeon. but when i tried entering it the guard said this

When i was going to cryofrost town a message popped up saying

When i reached cryfrost city everything was normal and no quest started

I hope it gets fixed soon

EDIT:- Turns out i missed the only npc that started the quest and i thought the unexpected error caused it

I'm having the same error. I Will try to find that NPC

i have a similar issue, i saved santa from bullies, got back to cryofrost town, talk to him and he tells me to go frozen cave, it supposed to be a npc at the door but no, also santa from cryofrost dissapear , i cant continue 

any help staff?

 

 

 

 

EDIT: problem solves i dont know how, santa return and frozen cave npcs appear except the entrance one

Happy to see that you all were able to finish your quest!

If anyone in the future finds themselves stuck to this here 2 step you can try to fix it!

• re-enter Cryofrost Town from the north in case of missing Santa, or
• re-enter Frozen Cave from Frost Valley in case of missing Bandits.
