i checked vulcan plaza, vulcan plaza pokecenter, vulcan plaza pokemart, vulcan fair registration center, vulcan fair and tents and vulcan fair cave, I have interacted with every wall, flowerpot, rock, tree, sign, npc and I can't find it anywhere.
